However, as much as being a cover girl may seem easy and breezy, so many things happen behind the scenes: Photoshop, body-shaming, height-shaming and the pressure to be and look like the ideal, just to name a few.
The Barbara Harmon Unsung Hero Award was founded in memory of an incredible woman who never received nor wanted any credit for her countless hours of community service, charity contributions and volunteerism.
